All Hot and Cool Stone treatments:
$90 / 75 minutes

Cancellation Policy. In order that appointments remain available to all clients, 24 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations. An amount up to the full fee may be charged in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments.

Massage Packages

3 or more one hour Relaxation/ Maternal treatments for $60 each

Relax and Renew – 90 minutes of treatment including: Deep Tissue Swedish and Stone Massage Treatments for $100.

Pregnancy Support & Labour Coaching. You and your birthing partner will learn various massage techniques, yoga stretches,and breathing exercises to assist with the labouring process. It is recommended that you arrange for this training by 36 weeks of your pregnancy. Practice notes are provided. $75 / hour.

Gift Certificates are a healthy alternative to gift giving. Show someone you care about his/her well-being with a gift of Swedish , or Stone Massage, or a Yoga class. Gift Certificates are available in any amount.
